Application Description :

- Knitted Elastic Ring Attaching.
- Men’s & women’s knit briefs.
- Light to medium weight material.
- With pneumatic folder slider and TR-1 device (fabric tension controlling device) specially for attaching tubular knit elastic waist band on briefs.
- CT9042-0 & CTD9042-0: Movements of the folder slider is driven by compressed air and controlled by the knee controller which provides more labor-saving and efficiency during the sewing operation.
- CT9042-0 : Using of the pneumatic type under bed thread trimmer devices (UCP-A1 or UCP-A2) is recommended for better sewing quality and higher operation efficiency.
- CTD9042-0 : Using of the pneumatic type under bed thread trimmer devices(UCP-B1 or UCP-B2)is recommended for better sewing quality and higher operation efficiency.
- CT9042-2 & CTD9042-2 : The folder slider is simply operated by pushing the pedal of knee controller. Due to cost saving design, no compressed air or electricity needle and can be operated manuelly. The installation & maintenance of this device is very easy.
- Applicable waist width : 7/8″ ~ 1 ½” (finished size).
